"I just had a terrible experience with my insurance company so I’ve been shopping around. I knew Candace was an Office Manager for a State Farm agency, so I reached out to her with a million questions. Not only did she have an enormous amount of patience and give me great advice on how to resolve my issues with this other agency, but she set me up with a new policy that was cheaper and had way better coverage than the one I just canceled. "We were transferred to Robert Jeffers’ office after our last agent retired. I was leery at first but the transition could not have gone better. I’ve worked with Robert a couple of times directly, both by phone and email, and he has been super helpful, responsive and professional. Called today and spoke with Candace to set up insurance on our new vehicle. She was so knowledgeable and answered all of my questions quickly and accurately.
